Song of Youth is a novel by the Chinese contemporary writer Yang Mo, published in 1958. A semi-autobiographical work drawing on her own experience, it is set during the patriotic student movement from the Mukden Incident through the December 9th Movement, against the background of the Japanese invasion of China beginning in 1937, and constructs a classic narrative of revolutionary history through the growth story of its heroine, Lin Daojing.
