Gedichte (Poems) is Georg Trakl's only completed poetry collection, published by Kurt Wolff in Leipzig in the summer of 1913 through the efforts of his editor Ludwig von Ficker. Its dense, visionary imagery and recurring color symbolism are considered a defining expression of German literary Expressionism.
